Martin Colony History: Erected 1st house in 1997. Birds were checking it out before Mike got down from the ladder. Six cavities had a little colony 1st year. Grown to 88 cavities all gourds with near 100% occupancy. Most important factor for success is rain = bugs.

Hi again, Ronnie.

If you go to the top of the Forum and click on Scout Report it will bring up a map of North America with a Purple Puddle on it. Find Virginia and click on it. That will bring up a list of all the people in Virginia who have reported a PM Scout and the date they saw him/her. You can also click on the Sub-Adult Male Report and find all the subbie males and their dates for your state.

I don't think you can contact any of these people from there. But, maybe somebody from your area will find your post this evening after work and respond. The data on these reports will tell you when other people in your area have actually seen PMs. Hope it helps.

Good luck to you and your 1st cuz.
