Escape Proof a Repeating Trap
Rear Door made smaller.
Front Entry made smaller to minimize catching the larger bird such as doves.
Barbs are added to prevent escape.
Side added barbs to prevent escape.
Ready to deploy.
Today I came home to see six young sparrows in the PMCA trap that is
incorporated into my 24"x24"36" decoy cage. I think the scape proofing
worked.
The most I have seen in the past is eight young sparrows.
I placed all six in a small decoy cage and sit it on top of the small Brad
Biddle trap I made a while back. I have never seen a sparrow in the since
I made them. Maybe this time with the sparrows are fledging their young,
the Brad Biddle traps will be tested.
