We have been fortunate to have our birds tagged past 2 years. We live in Northern Canada so it would be amazing to see where our birds go or if they come back here..
The Purple Martin Conservancy at Mulhurst Bay, Del and Debra Mckinnon have the job. _________________ 2007 none
2008 few landed
2009 - 2 pair - 9 eggs- 9 fledged
2010 - 1ASY pair and 4SY pair total 10 birds
21 eggs total 18 fledged
2011 first ASY pair May 06
2012 first pair arrived May 01, May 21 total 10 pairs and 49 babies fledged.
2013 May 04 martins 2 pair May 19 total 12 pair full |

I love this data. I know the birds adapt to the geos obviously but I feel invasive and sorry for them to have to carry their permanent until removed back pack.
April, that is great! I have had interest in Canada data because it is so much further away. So interesting how, where, and why birds go where they go.
