We have been studying martins for over 20 years and have conducted and or supported studies on martin diets, martin migration, martin housing needs, martin feeding techniques, martin predators, martin roosts, spring arrival studies, attraction techniques, management techniques, starling resistant entrances and many more topics important to martin survival. We also help to educate martin landlords about these subjects through our quarterly publication "The Purple Martin Update" magazine and by holding martin programs and supporting others who give educational programs. We also work with martin manufacturers to educate them on the housing needs of the Purple Martin in order to develop products to benefit martins and martin landlords.
