The membership discounts listed in this catalog on selective items are for new and current PMCA members only. To become a member of the PMCA and receive four issues of the Purple Martin Update, the organization's 32-page color magazine, simply make a tax-deductible contribution in on of the membership categories listed on our paper order form, or online here at the Marketplace.

Our staff take phone orders from 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Eastern time, on weekdays. At all other times, our answering machine will record you order. You can also fax or e-mail us your order or shop online 24 hours a day.

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Upon receipt, if any of the items you buy from us fail to meet your expectations, you can return them to us for a complete refund, minus shipping.

The martin houses, gourds, poles, and predator guards in this catalog are drop-shipped directly to you from our suppliers and may arrive separately from the items shipped directly by us. Some items are shipped postal, others via United Parcel Service or Federal Express, so be sure to give us both your postal and street address (if different). All items are shipped promptly. Please allow 7-14 days for your entire order to arrive. Please give us your phone number and/or e-mail address when ordering so we can contact you about your order, if necessary. Incorrect address/address correction charges will be billed to customer.

ABSOLUTELY no returns on used items, items not in resaleable condition, items not in resaleable original packaging, or items returned without and authorization number (RA). Any defective items should be returned; please call the PMCA at 814-833-7656 for instructions. Customer assumes shipping charges on returns unless the return is due to a defective product or a PMCA error. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Exceptions may be made for returns between 30 and 60 days, but are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Absolutely no returns after 60 days from invoice date, No COD returns will be accepted. Should you need to return an item purchased form the PMCA, please call 814-833-7656 for a return authorization number and a "ship to" address.

If your package(s) appear damaged in any way, open immediately and check for damage to contents and/or missing items. Have your UPS driver note any apparent damage at time of delivery, or call the 800 number for UPS in your local phone book to report damage. If it is a US Postal Service delivery, call the PMCA immediately. Open all packages promptly and check for shortages or hidden damage; notify PMCA of any problems within 10 days of receipt. After 10 days, customer assumes responsibility for the cost of replacements.
